Tomato Original + secret crush + rivals + System + lighthearted comedy
Lu Chen and Su Tang are the top strategists in the planning department. They've been competing openly and secretly for over a decade, ever since they were students. Su Tang has always regarded Lu Chen as her mortal enemy.
They clash at work, yet stand up for each other whenever a difficult client gives one of them a hard time.
When Su Tang's family pressures her to marry, Lu Chen shows up and wrecks her blind date. Is it malicious revenge, or did he do it on purpose?
Furious at Lu Chen's actions, Su Tang wants answers. Lu Chen uses the excuse of returning to the office to handle some business to invite her there. The two accidentally trigger the Matchmaker System. The domineering female devil transforms into an arrogant, icy-faced CEO, and the System's character must win over the little secretary by her side. Taking advantage of her new identity, Su Tang lets loose and visits a male-model club, nearly making the headlines. She thinks winning over the secretary, Shen Tangtang, will be easy with her rich, handsome CEO persona, but the other woman turns out to be stubborn as a mule. Su Tang's outrageous pursuit of her is one laugh after another.
Meanwhile, Lu Chen has become Su Tang's target, secretary Shen Tangtang. His mission is the exact opposite of hers: the System orders him to reject the CEO's advances. A straight man, Lu Chen naturally refuses to be wooed by another man, but as they spend time together, he gradually falls for her and discovers that the CEO is actually his secret crush, Su Tang.
The two join forces to break out of the trap and discover that their boss, Big Wang, has been using them as test subjects, while their coworkers were also brought in as NPCs.
In the end, they work together and successfully return to reality, turning Big Wang, the villain who always made grand promises, into a seller of pancakes.
They also unexpectedly learn that their future child helped bring them together.
This is a lighthearted, cheerful story that says no to empty promises in the workplace.
