We Agreed to Develop a Planet, So What’s with the White-Haired Catgirl?

[Multiple heroines + fresh premise + lots of pictures at chapter endings + no joining an organization + interstellar]

My name is Lu Tiande.

I transmigrated to a world where every human can awaken a planet.

Unfortunately!

It's hell from the start!

My predecessor's gambling-addict parents ran off with all the money, leaving behind a mountain of debt.

As if that weren't enough!

I never imagined

that the planet I awakened would be a dead desert world with zero resources, potential, or ecosystem, rated F-!

As if that weren't enough!

The worst part is, if I don't raise the planet's rating to E- within a week, it will be repossessed, and I'll be sent to mine until I die!

But how am I supposed to develop it?

Apart from a beautiful, absolutely loyal white-haired catgirl who always does exactly as she's told, there's nothing around me but yellow sand. There's not a single blade of grass!

Luckily!

I heard...

[Ding!]

[Congratulations, Host, you have awakened the god-tier Planet Development System!]

[Develop your planet to earn Development Points. Spend your Development Points to draw rewards!]

[Congratulations, Host, you have received Blue Star Dragon Nation's exclusive 5S-grade red trait, [Construction Maniac] (unique)!]

[…]

Years later.

Wearing my self-made fifteenth-generation battle armor, I stood atop a skyscraper and gazed down at the planet, lost in thought.

“Somehow, we've already reached cyber-cultivation...”
