Seven days before the wedding celebration, Pleasant Goat suddenly wrapped an arm around Princess Antelope and declared, “What does a little lamb who hasn’t even grown all her wool know? I’ll settle down once the wedding celebration is over!”
He flicked his tail smugly, certain that the gentle Beautiful Goat would give in.
That night, though, I ran into Lazy Goat at a forest concert. He gently nibbled my ear. “Silly girl, focus.”
Seven years ago, he’d tapped my forehead when he got distracted while tutoring me. Seven years later, he became my new boyfriend.
At the wedding celebration, Pleasant Goat burst in looking flustered. “Beautiful Goat! I’m back to marry you!”
Lazy Goat held up their marriage contract in front of everyone. “Too late. She’s my goat now.”
