In 1937, the city of Beiping was filled with smoke and undercurrents. Fu Liu transformed from an ordinary young man into a lone warrior on the secret front, carrying hatred of family and country, and shuttled under the eyes of the Japanese army. He led the guerrillas to blow up railway tracks, raid arsenals, rescue compatriots, and go deep into the tiger's den again and again. Facing the threat of chemical weapons and the pursuit and interception of the Japanese army, Fu Liu and his comrades built a line of defense with their own flesh and blood.
