[Farming] [The Fourth Calamity] [Ensemble Cast]
Ye Lin downloaded a lousy game, only to open her eyes and find herself transformed into Ye Fulina, a poor goddess in another world. Her divine power is running dry, her divine throne is drafty, and she’s stuck with the fatal debuff [Bratty Girl Mode Permanently Locked] over her head! With only nine days left on her death countdown, how can she avoid dying a miserable death?
Grinding her teeth, she uses the last of her divine power to set up a bootleg game forum on Earth.
Player’s Guide (though they don’t actually know it):
1. Each player costs the goddess 10 points of divine power (it hurts!)
2. Death means a three-day cooldown (please don’t die!)
3. Quests? Whatever this goddess says goes! (Actually, she’s freaking out.)
When the first batch of goofy players arrive with usernames like “Hands Off That Succubus” and “Lead Pallbearer of the Pro Team”:
Ye Fulina (out loud): “You minnows! Get on your knees and get to work!” (haughty.jpg)
Ye Fulina (in her heart): “Please log in more often! This goddess is running out of divine power! Forum points are negotiable!” (clutching her pitiful divine power and trembling.gif)
The players soon discover that this goddess’s persona falls apart even faster than her temple!
She issues quests like a tsundere client: “You lowly mortals, hurry up and find this goddess... that thing! (She doesn’t even know what she wants.)”
When her divine power runs low, her divine punishment turns into a dud. She promises heavenly justice, but ends up only smashing a tiny rock. (The scene gets awkward.)
She lurks on the forum, spying on players’ ridiculous posts and getting so mad her hair stands on end, but still has to put on an air of authority: “Hmph! A bunch of ignorant minnows!”
I finished the chase in one go, and it's okay to use it as food. People who like this type of writing will probably like it, but I don't know why it feels a bit bland. Although there are exciting plot points, I feel like the author's writing is a bit bland. But overall it's not bad, at least it's pretty good among tomatoes. By the way, the female imp is good, mugwort.
This is a good book, bitch [laughs evilly]
