Armor Hero: A Rundown of the What-If Series

Back when I watched Armor Hero, whenever certain scenes came on, I always wished I could transmigrate right into the show.

I wanted to roast Xi Nan for slacking off, Bei Miao for infighting, Xi Zhao for being bullied from beginning to end, Dong Shan for wasting his big moves, and Kun Zhong for being the “phone bill hero.”

I was so frustrated with Xiao Gang for giving away too much, Xiao Fei for going down too quickly, and Xiao Tian for making the biggest sacrifice, and heartbroken that Qing Zizai never got an armor of his own.

Couldn’t General Duanmu have at least one teammate?

Later, when I grew up, I wanted to write a book like this: a “what if” series.

Here, I’ll do my best to write Xi Nan as hot-tempered but not lazy, Bei Miao as gentle as water, Xi Zhao as someone who stands up against bullying, Dong Shan as decisive and never wasting his big moves, and Kun Zhong as someone who keeps his feet firmly on the ground.

And Xiao Fei, who doesn’t mock his teammates; Xiao Gang, who doesn’t throw fights; Xiao Tian, with his perfect ending; and Qing Zizai, who survives and can fight monsters.

General Duanmu with teammates, and more.

Each character gets a volume. If you don’t like one, you can try the next. There’s bound to be one you enjoy!

Note: The changes to all the characters’ personalities are because another version of themselves from a different possibility in a parallel-universe timeline has temporarily possessed their counterpart in this world.

The other version of them might be a transmigrator, or might not.
