Su Wan, a modern senior white-collar worker, stayed up late to read the ancient Chinese novel "Hei Zimou". Because she complained that "the child bride of the sickly villain Rong Zhao died unjustly," she accidentally dressed up as the child bride who had just been sold into the Rong family in the book. In the original plot, she was rejected by Rong Zhao because of her weak character, and eventually died tragically when Rong Zhao destroyed her family in revenge. After entering the book, Su Wan used the rationality and empathy of modern thinking to take care of Rong Zhao's tuberculosis condition, and gradually unraveled the sinister knot formed by his childhood stepmother's persecution and his mother's death in childbirth. Together, the two dealt with the stepmother's property competition and the frame-up of the court forces, and even rewrote the tragic ending of Rong Zhao's "annihilation of the family for revenge", and finally achieved two-way redemption and gained happiness that spans time and space.
