[The end of the world + raising pets + unlimited streaming + stocking up on supplies + relaxation + cool writing + biological differentiation and mutation]
[When the doomsday comes and others are running for their lives, I am raising "babies" - even though these brats can tear apart tanks and swallow nuclear bombs alive!
[Start with one person and one dog, speed through the apocalypse!
On the seventh day of the end of the world, I awakened the only hidden talent - "Animal Tamer".
But the system, you call this a "beast"? Yes, on the seventh day of the end of the world, I found that I could understand the roars of those monsters.
When the whole city was distorted and mutated by the radiation, and when the military used tanks to bombard the three-story centipede, I squatted in the ruins and bandaged the wound of a feverish military dog cub. Its teeth had just bitten through the steel plate of an armored vehicle.
"Be good, spit the tank out." I wiped the gasoline from the corner of its mouth, "That's not dog food."
My power is different - I can make mutants regain their sanity and even use them for my own purposes.
The system calls this the [Animal Tamer] talent.
"But while others were dividing cans in the air-raid shelter, my "zoo" already included: Loli the octopus who could crush sniper bullets, Shota the white-haired owl who used nuclear waste as a snack, and the Titanoboa who was using his tail as a pillow for me.
The holographic projection lit up behind me, and the system accompanying me in collecting mutants smiled and said, "Congratulations on collecting the twenty-second biological weapon." "
I touched the ear of the military dog in my arms and watched it chew up the projector in one bite.
"Wrong. "I corrected, "It's the twenty-second family member."
Reader comments
The author has opened a new book (QvQ). This novel opens up a new perspective with its unique "animal tamer" setting. It is simply a breath of fresh air in the apocalyptic genre (^w^).
The writing is concise and powerful, and each mutant is described with great soul in just a few words: the octopus loli who crushes bullets with her bare hands but secretly eats cans (by the way, Cangming is so cute), the ghost who looks like a Chihuahua but is actually a hellhound, and the arrogant owl that chews nuclear waste, the contrast between fierce and cute is full! > <) ❤️
The protagonist has very upright views, leading everyone to build a base and protecting the weak (Du Hu deserves to be the protagonist in TvT). Each mutant and survivor was influenced by his gentleness, and the protagonist's IQ and EQ were online. It's really rare to be able to write about apocalyptic themes with such warmth! And the protagonist's sense of justice does not exist on the surface, but is reflected in every choice - adhering to the bottom line of human nature in the doomsday, and staying awake under the temptation of power.
Big cheers for the author! Looking forward to the follow-up plot
(I finally have time to write a book review, I'm exhausted as the author)
