Immortal of Chaotic Fate

The First Immortal Under Heaven tells the legendary story of a lowly cultivator who awakens a mysterious Destiny System in the depths of despair, fights his way upstream along a brutal path to immortality, and ultimately shakes the Heavenly Dao with a mortal body, reshaping the world of cultivation.

Shen Mo, an outer disciple of Linjiang Sect, is twenty-seven and still stuck at the fifth level of Body Tempering. Both his parents are dead, and his prospects are bleak. When he collects his meager monthly stipend, inner disciple Chen An humiliates him yet again, making him consider giving up. The Qi-Gathering Pill “bestowed” on him by Chen An fails to help him break through and instead becomes a deadly poison. On the brink of death, Shen Mo unexpectedly activates the mysterious and unfathomable Destiny System.
