Global Survival: I Never Wanted Things to Turn Out This Way

[No golden finger, slow burn, not invincible, no female lead, ordinary-person focus, everyone transported] This story aims to portray an ordinary person wandering through another world. The main story officially begins after he enters the city of Saint-Briville. If you dislike the laid-back opening and worldbuilding, you can start from Chapter 14.

On the eve of university finals, students are suddenly transported en masse to another world. Is it a wish come true, or the beginning of a tragedy? Swept along by the tide, an ordinary person makes his own stand. This is a story about a hero.

The continent’s overall layout

Northern frozen tundra [Mosenthal Continent]: Many powerful ruins and legacies of supernatural paths; many strange phenomena, which make up a very large proportion of the region. In spring, summer, and autumn, only a small area at the southernmost edge is free of snow and ice.

Eastern mountain range [Nuru Continent]: Many native creatures and intelligent beings, abundant delicacies from the mountains and sea, many low-tier legacies, plentiful mineral resources, and countless rumors.

Southern jungle [Huaiyin Continent]: Many snakes, insects, rats, and other vermin, as well as many low-intelligence creatures (their intelligence is rudimentary, but their bodies are highly complex). K-selection, which favors the survival of the fittest, is hard to sustain here. There are many traps and treasures, nature spirits, and medicinal herbs.

Western desert [Desheret]: Many curses, few living creatures, scarce supplies, many religions (with mid-tier supernatural paths), and abundant purifying power.

Central plains [Tara]: Many laboratories (cages) and ritual mystic realms; their power is immense. There are many magical items, and high-tier powers are readily encountered.
