Modern special soldier Yang Xiaoyou unexpectedly traveled to Jingzhou in the late Northern Wei Dynasty during the Five Husties Rebellion in China. He witnessed Hu soldiers massacring Han people and only a dozen young women were captured. Using the modern weapons he carried with him, Yang Xiaoman successfully rescued these women, but found that he had been trapped in troubled times and could not return to modern times. Yang Xiaoman led this group of women to flee into the mountains, used modern knowledge to establish hidden camps, and began to teach them modern military knowledge and survival skills.
From physical training to weapons manufacturing, Yang Xiaoman trained these originally weak women into elite special forces, and at the same time established defense fortifications and early warning systems. Reconnaissance found that nearby villages were being attacked by the Hu army. Yang Xiaoman led some team members to conduct the first actual rescue, successfully repelling the enemy and saving more survivors. As more survivors joined and the camp gradually expanded, Yang Xiaoman began to plan for a longer-term goal - not only to survive, but also to change this troubled world.

Sure! The writing is OK, but the food and training are not consistent! The storyline is very good
