Special Forces in a Chaotic World

Yang Xiaoman, a modern special forces soldier, accidentally transmigrates to Jingzhou in the late Northern Wei, during the chaos of the Five Barbarians. She witnesses barbarian soldiers slaughtering Han civilians, leaving only a dozen or so young women captured. Using the modern weapons she carries, Yang Xiaoman rescues the women, but soon discovers she is trapped in this war-torn era with no way back to the present. She leads them into the mountains, uses her modern knowledge to establish a hidden camp, and begins teaching them modern military tactics and survival skills.

From physical training to weapons manufacturing, Yang Xiaoman turns these once-helpless women into an elite special forces unit, while building fortifications and an early-warning system. When scouts discover that nearby villages are under attack by barbarian troops, Yang Xiaoman leads some of her team on their first combat rescue mission. They drive off the enemy and save more survivors. As more people join them, the camp grows. Yang Xiaoman begins planning for the future: they must do more than survive. They must change this chaotic world.
