Star Veins: The Four Sacred Seals

[Furry] [Adventure] [Fantasy] [Alternate Universe] [Original] [Transmigration] [Slight Horror] [Beast World] Remember to expand this and take a look, so you can decide what to read. On the continent of Elgard, the radiant Star Vein Network was once the ancient dragons’ great achievement, sealing away Chaos. Now, it has become a conduit through which the royal family drains life and feeds the darkness. When the Silverwing Knights shatter the false peace and a conspiracy called the “Harvest Festival” casts its shadow over the land, four scarred beastfolk are forced to embark on a desperate journey to break their chains. From a strange village turned to crystal to a royal airship fused with flesh, from the ancient dragons’ trial in a mirrored maze to the forbidden altar in the ruins beneath the sea. On the day the four holy seals reunite, will the continent be reborn, or will Chaos break free of its thousand-year chains? As beastfolk lives become a source of energy and their comrades’ bodies are transformed into monsters, the choice between “key” and “tombstone” will decide the fate of the entire Beast World. This is the awakening of bloodlines, the shattering of chains, and the final roar against a decaying throne.

The first six volumes take place in Elgard and are relatively oppressive in tone. If that style isn’t for you, you can skip straight to Volume Seven, which has a different feel. If you don’t want to read dark fiction, you can start with Volume Seven.
