A young man who was chased by the time limit of his life met a girl with eyes as hollow as a deep well in the economically depressed Tokyo during his escape journey. Two souls who were exiled by their respective fates, in the gaps of the cold city, unexpectedly built a short-lived bond that was enough to illuminate each other's dark corners. They clumsily learn warmth and plant a hope as tiny as a cherry blossom on the edge of despair. However, the trajectory of fate is unpredictable and cruel. A moment full of accidents and absurdity pushed everything into an irreversible situation. Many years later, in another small town by the sea, the wind will bring a salty breath, and the morning light will shine on a glass of water in front of the Buddhist altar. And that past, as heavy as fate and as light as unfinished promises, will eventually find its unique echo in time and silence.
