DNF Detective: My Invincible Assistant Calls Me Useless

Di Renjie, a retired detective who just wants to drink tea and take it easy in Hutton Marr, never expected his peaceful life running an all-purpose shop to be completely upended by a "heaven-sent genius."

The blond assistant, who calls herself "the Great Beiji," has unfathomable combat abilities and effortlessly crushes all manner of monsters and miscreants. But she's also a walking encyclopedia of questions and a human barrage of commentary. Curious about everything and powerless against sweets, she never stops complaining about Di Renjie's tea-making, slow deductions, and the shop's tidiness, all with her own "artful metaphors."

Di Renjie, your tea tastes like goblin foot bathwater! You solve cases so slowly, even a tortoise has more drive than you!
