What sparks will fly when a reborn Snape meets a transmigrated heroine?
How will Snape handle his relationship with the Marauders after returning to school?
Will he use his memories to change the future, or ignore everything else and focus on being with Lily?
Can starting over really be that simple?
(This story is set in the Harry Potter era before the original series. Snape's portrayal falls somewhere between the books and the films, and I try to keep him in character, though he may occasionally be out of character. The heroine is an original character. The story builds on the original plot with original elements and new events. Please leave comments, and if this isn't for you, don't read it.)
When Severus Snape met Harry Potter's eyes, so much like Lily's, he fell into darkness completely.
Reborn after death, he was at a loss. The hopes he had once held left him with a sense of guilt.
Given another chance, he was determined not to repeat his past mistakes.
But a fresh start also meant setting time on a new course.
The branching paths of time gave rise to a new story.
Was it a god's mercy, or a gift from time?
To the reborn Severus, everything that went wrong was the fault of that "annoying pest" named Gloria.
Yet he didn't know that she, the transmigrator who knew everything about him, was the fork in his path.
With a choice before him, which path will Severus take?
Why doesn't the author update it? Or update it in other places, I want to continue reading,
