[No Gender-Swapping] [Slow-Burn + Everyday Life + Friendship + A Few High-Difficulty Calamity Battles] [Magical Girls + School Setting]
The ordinary people living on this planet seem to have no idea that, in places beyond their sight, monsters known as "Calamities" are lurking.
A tiny number of girls entrusted with a mission make contracts with familiars from the spirit realm and become magical girls. In places unknown to everyone else, they fight battles that only they know about... and make sacrifices.
This is a story about the soul of a mage from another world encountering the local magical-girl culture, which has endured for who knows how many years.
A story about friendship, love, miracles, and sacrifice; about magical girls who are misunderstood; about ordinary people who know nothing of the truth; and about a strange world with a mechanism for "self-correcting the truth."
(Reader advisory: The protagonist isn't strong enough to fight alone and is a glass cannon. She needs teamwork to deal damage. If you don't like team roles and only want to read about an overwhelmingly powerful solo protagonist, feel free to move on.)
It's okay. It's five stars in my overall evaluation so far. But why are so few people watching? There aren't even a few paragraphs 🤦, and the protagonist's combat power seems to be high and low. But maybe it's because there aren't enough written ones. I've read quite a few that are good at the front but stretch the back. The author maintains his level 🍉
It's okay, I'll take some time to study first
It's okay, but isn't the high school background a bit inappropriate?
The pace is a little slow, but not bad.
Each chapter is very long, really long, but the progress is a bit too slow. The introduction of Qingfeng Li's transformation into a magical girl is just over 5 chapters, and the introduction is bit by bit, and there are many, many, many tongue-in-cheeks.
It's pretty good, at least it's good on tomatoes
