Earth Ark: The Rise of Huaxia

When the golden and blue ley lines of Qingluan Mountain intertwined into a band of light during the competition, no one expected this display of "symbiosis" to become the first ray of light piercing the darkness.

The cherry blossoms in Japan fell unusually early. Black-uniformed boots crushed the petals, extracting the common people's spiritual energy and turning it into purple-black power, which they fed into the nodes of the "Amaterasu Array." "Stuff all the 'materials' from Zone B into it!" Hidden in Prime Minister Sato's roar were the wails of 499 people whose souls had been stripped away. As Tanaka coughed blood and lunged for the emergency brake, he finally understood his wife's words: "Don't let them touch the 'light' in your mind. It was made from our daughter's laughter."

From the research institute in Kyoto to Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo, the flames of plunder eventually turned on their own. As purple-black energy waves swallowed the cherry trees and faint pink light rekindled amid the ruins, the ley lines had already written the answer: "Their power is warm. Yours is cold. The earth prefers warmth."

This is a contest over energy, and a trial of human nature. When the roots of the cherry trees are torn out by force, all that remains is a wasteland of ashes.
