At the end of the Golden Age, human civilization reached the pinnacle of technology. Genetic modifiers - "god-blooded ones" - claim to be the darlings of evolution and control the prosperous top of the Olympus ring; while unenhanced "natural humans" are squeezed into the bottom "gray domain" where resources are scarce and become second-class citizens. Under the surface of prosperity, deep rifts were planted: "What is a human being?" - The answer based on genetic purity not only tore society apart, but also brought about an Iron Man rebellion that swept the galaxy and buried the golden age.
