Rust Peeling Away on the Horizon

Two male leads, healing urban romance, harbor life, healing stories of entrepreneurship and growth, conflict and redemption, and an ensemble cast

A down-and-out city elite fleeing the metropolis × a shackled beast of the harbor

Shen Zhiyao: He was once a darling of the heavens, basking in the spotlight. Now he has fled to Linwan Town with what little savings he has left and rented Lu Yu's old house. Trying to hide his past, he's riddled with self-doubt and confusion. Desperate for a corner where he can lick his wounds, he finds himself at odds with everything around him.

Lu Yu: He was once the beast everyone at the docks feared. Burdened with enormous debts, his fists were his only language. He shoulders all the debt and his mother's medical bills alone, crushed by the weight of life and with no hope for the future.

When a polished, broken city elite collides with a rough, violent lone wolf from the harbor, can these two worlds find a glimmer of redemption amid their shared desperation?

A city in despair, a decrepit boat, and two men from different worlds.

He brings the storm; the other longs for redemption.

When the tides of the past threaten to drown them, they are each other's only beacon in the dark.
