Great Ming: Zhu Di Rebels from the Start, Driving Zhu Yuanzhang Mad

[Great Ming’s number-one troublemaker + unbeatable power fantasy + driving Dad crazy + outrageous antics + sly schemer.]

[Zhu Di, a sly schemer, transmigrates to Great Ming. When he learns Zhu Yuanzhang is about to enfeoff the princes, he immediately starts shouting about rebellion.]

[The whole court panics, and Zhu Yuanzhang threatens to demote his rebellious son to a commoner.]

[Zhu Biao says he’s tired, and tells them that if the fourth brother is interested, they can give Zhu Di a white hat.]

[Zhu Di says not even a dog would want to be emperor of Great Ming. You have to rise earlier than a chicken and go to bed later than a dog.]

[Every day you have to pit your wits against those civil and military officials. It’s far more comfortable to be a prince who eats his fill and waits for death.]

[He also says he wants to become Great Ming’s richest man and live a life of wine and women.]

[Alas, fate cannot be defied. Despite every precaution, Zhu Biao and Zhu Xiongying are still murdered by the Jiangnan clans.]

[Zhu Di emerges from seclusion, exterminates the Lü clan, exiles Zhu Yunwen, deals with the bureaucratic faction, and establishes a Great Ming on which the sun never sets.]
