Anti-Japanese War: the Rise of Guerrillas from the Four Eastern Provinces

I traveled to the fourth northeastern provinces after the September 18th Incident and became a staff officer of the 78th Division of the Northeastern Army. The vast majority of the Northeastern Army chose to follow the orders of high-level officials and retreat outside the pass without fighting. Only a few Northeastern Army, including the 78th Division, chose to stay and resist. At the beginning, we still had strength and could confront the Japanese army head-on. However, as the battle losses increased, we gradually had to retreat to the deep mountains and forests and continue to resist in the form of guerrilla warfare. The division commander, deputy division commander, brigade commanders, and regiment commanders died in battle one after another, leaving only thousands of defeated soldiers, and I became the new leader. Just when despair was getting closer and closer, I awakened the system
