The Fate of Heaven and Earth

At 9:09 a.m. on September 9, 1999, the moment the protagonist was born, a shocking omen appeared in the sky above the hospital: nine dragons pulling a coffin. The dragons dragged an ancient bronze coffin across the heavens, turning the sky and earth dark. An old man claiming to be an heir of the “Heavenly Secrets Pavilion” burst into the delivery room and predicted that the protagonist was “born to face a calamity,” destined to be swept into a vortex that would determine the fate of the world. To protect his son, the protagonist’s father struck a deal with the old man. The old man left behind a bronze dragon talisman as a token and promised to reveal the truth eighteen years later. From childhood, the protagonist could see things invisible to ordinary people. After experiencing all kinds of bizarre events, he was regarded as a freak by his peers and lived in loneliness and fear. Shortly before his eighteenth birthday, he began to dream frequently of the nine dragons pulling the coffin. The mysterious organization known as the “Heavenly Secrets Pavilion” appeared once more, and the wheels of fate began to turn.
