After Transmigrating into The Grave Robbers' Chronicles, the Metaphysics Expert Took the Aloof God Away

As Yu Qing was flung through the air, he saw a massive bronze gate appear on the windshield.

When he opened his eyes again, corpse beetles were gnawing at his hiking boots.

He pulled out his phone to light the way. Its glow revealed Zhang Qiling’s cool, aloof face.

“A modern person?” Wu Xie cried. “Little Brother, look at his phone wallpaper!”

Yu Qing looked down. It was a photo of the bronze gate that he had taken before the car crash.

Zhang Qiling suddenly grabbed his wrist. “Have you seen the Ultimate?”

Later, when ghost soldiers marched through the clouds above the Heavenly Palace in the Clouds, Yu Qing pressed a peachwood sword into his hand.

As the bronze gate closed, Zhang Qiling turned back for the first time. “Stay alive and wait for me.”

Yu Qing smiled and nodded, but the instant the gap sealed shut, he coughed up a handful of black blood.

His phone kept playing a photo of Zhang Qiling’s tattoo on a loop.

“I forgot to tell you,” he whispered into the void. “My ability is... burning memories.”

“Yu Qing, let’s go together.” Zhang Qiling

“All right. Together.” Yu Qing
