I Became a Ghost in Where Winds Meet

[No CP]

I transmigrated, and on my first day I met my senior fellow disciple, General Wang Qing.

He said I was sick.

On the second day, I met the young general Jiang Yan, who was still holding a branch in front of everyone to protect them.

He said I was sick.

On the third day, I met someone’s future confidant and friend, Chen Zixi.

He said I was sick.

Later, I lost a fan, a remarkable weapon skin in maple-leaf red that would earn me good karma in a world more than a decade later.

“My young master, who are we rescuing today?”

I asked the boy with a bright smile. He walked away without even turning his head, as if he had never heard me. I only found out on the day the Dead Man’s Blade appeared.

“That sickly fellow isn’t with Jiang Wulang?”

“Who?” I heard the boy ask curiously.

“The Divine Sword.”

“What a strange name... Is he friends with Uncle Jiang?”

The Dead Man’s Blade hoisted up a jug of wine and took a long swig, then planted his blade in the ground and leaned on it. Tilting his head, he said, “Nobody knows his name... Nobody knows... where the Divine Sword is... Nobody knows if he’s dead or alive.”

More than a decade later, I met the Dead Man’s Blade, Yi Dao. He carried Chu Qingquan’s body for over a thousand kilometers, fought his way through the encirclement, and even after being set up, still got back on his feet to save the young master.

He said, “The Divine Sword is dead.”
