The heroine, Su SuanSuan, is a woman plagued by bad luck. No matter where she works, the company goes bankrupt within three months. She can't even succeed at running a street stall, and she can twist her ankle while walking on flat ground. One dejected night, she wandered until she reached a shop with a sign that read "Male Fox Spirit Monster House." The job notice at the entrance was hiring a curator. Thinking of the rent she still couldn't pay and her grandmother's medical bills, she went in, willing to try anything. Only then did she discover that the place was home to eight men, all devastatingly handsome and beautiful.
