After the Boys in My Class Bathed in the Sacred Pool to Pray for the School Beauty, They Regretted It Like Crazy

The day before the university admissions results came out, all the boys in my class decided to bathe in the Sacred Pool and pray for our school beauty.

Just as they were about to strip and jump in, I hesitated before speaking up. “I heard someone might release venomous snakes. Maybe you shouldn’t jump in.”

But my boyfriend snapped at me, “You’ve already been guaranteed admission, and you’re still jealous that we’re praying for Jiajia? With an attitude like that, you deserve to be reported so Qingbei will revoke your offer.”

Hearing that, I was about to turn and leave.

Then I saw my boyfriend take out a cage, ready to release its contents. I cried out in alarm, “That’s a five-step snake! It’s highly venomous and attacks people. Don’t let it out!”

The school beauty insisted the snake was definitely harmless.

I quickly contacted our homeroom teacher. Thankfully, several parents arrived in time and stopped them.

They also confirmed that it really was a five-step snake.

All the boys in my class thanked me. “If it weren’t for you, Chen Jiajia might have gotten us all killed.”

When the admissions results came out, the school beauty had missed her cutoff and ended up at a junior college.

She left a letter accusing everyone of failing to pray for her, which she said was why things had turned out this way.

Then she resolutely ran away from home.

That very night, five-step snakes crawled all over my bedroom.

After I was bitten to death, I heard my boyfriend say, “If that bitch hadn’t stuck her nose in where it didn’t belong, how could Jiajia have missed her cutoff?”

When I opened my eyes again, I was back on the day the boys in my class were going to pray for the school beauty, Chen Jiajia.

This time, I’d watch them die with my own eyes.
