The Apocalypse's Sea Horizon

The story follows humanity’s mass extinction after nuclear radiation devastates the world. Then, as the environment changes, Earth is battered by a rainstorm that will not stop for tens of thousands of years. Sea levels rise, and the entire world is submerged. Radiation mutates Earth’s creatures into terrifying monsters, while humans battle one another for survival. In this setting, the protagonists recruit allies, fight decisively, and struggle to survive against impossible odds. It may not be a power fantasy, but it is certainly thrilling.
