Fang Yun was mauled by a pack of wolves and left on the brink of death when he bound himself to a Farm System.
He planted ordinary rice and harvested spirit rice that could strengthen the body.
Potatoes ended famine in the tribe, while carrots made the tribespeople swift on their feet.
When a pack of ferocious wolves attacked the tribe, he brought out spinach:
“Warriors, down this bowl of power spinach!”
The tribal warriors’ strength surged, and one punch blew the Wolf King apart.
Fang Yun became the tribe’s leader and unlocked a Basic Processing Workshop.
When an envoy from Blackwind City came to demand tribute, Fang Yun sneered:
“You want tribute? Try my explosive popcorn first!”
Corn rained down on the envoys like cannonballs.
An elder of the Azure Cloud Sect flew over on his sword. Fang Yun picked a tomato:
“Gravity Law, activate!”
The elder and his sword were pressed into the ground.
Years later, Fang Yun sat upon the throne of the Heavenly Emperor, a tomato in hand:
“This is an antimatter tomato. Who in the myriad heavens dares defy me?”
The overlords of the myriad worlds joined forces to attack Yun. Fang Yun smiled and took out some seeds:
“It’s time to plant the Tree of Eternity.”
Agony.
Cold, foul-smelling drool dripped onto his face. Fang Yun’s eyes flew open. A gaping maw filled his vision, its jagged fangs hung with scraps of flesh, and the stench of decay nearly suffocated him. A wolf! A massive gray beast as big as a calf! Its heavy breath washed over his face, carrying the reek of death. Fang Yun tried to struggle, but his body felt as if it had been torn apart, every bone screaming in protest. A tearing pain flared in his left shoulder, and warm liquid gushed out.
It was over! He’d only just transmigrated to this godforsaken place, and now he was about to become a wild beast’s snack?
