Lin Jin, a wasteland boy, awakens the Sourcefire Spirit Nexus, burning corruption as fuel as he defies the apocalyptic Black Tide. To uncover the mystery of the Ancestral Dragon's fall, he ventures across the Twelve Ruin Realms, where bones pave the way, and forges an alliance among the Sword, Mountain, Sea, and Nightmare clans to face the shackles of Heaven's Will. When the Cult of the God-Burier's leader calls upon his father with blood and resentment, and the first Return-to-Ruins cultivator coldly brings the world to ruin, he becomes a torch. Will he burn himself to create a new world, or let his bones endure forever?
