You're a Stray Dog. How Did You Become the Canine God of Police?

When other people transmigrate, they become an Emperor, the ancestor of a sect, or at the very least the young master of a wealthy family. So how did Li Ju end up as a Chinese rural dog? And a freaking stray, at that. [Superpowered Animal System activated. Stop crime to gain abilities.] Li Ju: “Wait, I’m a stray dog. You want me to be a police dog?” He earns merit by tackling a thief and is adopted by a policewoman. Human traffickers, robbers, murderers: catch them, every last one! Years later, standing onstage at the ceremony honoring the world’s top ten police officers, Li Ju is speechless. “I was just a stray dog. How did I suddenly become a global role model for the police?!” My name is Jiang Hanyue. I’m a junior officer at the Qingshan Street Police Station in Shancheng. My peaceful life was turned upside down by a dog I picked up. “Wait, what? A city-level Outstanding Dog Trainer?” “And now I’m an Outstanding Dog Trainer in Sichuan Province? What’s that supposed to mean?!” “What? How did I become a global police representative?!!” Jiang Hanyue told the assembled news media. “Sorry, everyone. I really did just pick Chasing Wind up off the street.” “I never trained him, honestly.” “Really, you have to believe me.” The media: “Officer Jiang, we understand. We really do!”
