The writing is good, but the pirate is too strong. I think what you wrote is the purity of chakra. For example, the dust release that combines three chakras can destroy part of the elemental senjutsu. It is a higher-level energy, so it can destroy the elementalization. Uchiha Madara's samsara eye is not a force of nature, but the six paths of yin and yang. If you write it like this, extreme chakra should be able to hurt the elemental ones, such as the scorching release.
The group portrait is well written. The settings of Pirates and Naruto are not absolutely strong or weak. Writing from the perspective of the group portrait can avoid meaningless debates.
This is not the way to write about collision. This subject matter is great. It should write about the collision between the ninja phantom body and the three-color Haki, the battle between devil fruit and water release. The ninja world is still stronger than the four emperors no matter how much it is. I don't see the world government trying to deal with the four emperors. It should first write about the spies and counterattacks, and the exchanges between the two sides. In the end, the world government cannot accept it and then there will be a two-world showdown.
