When I read Chapter 10, the protagonist didn't summon him, so he had to rush up and kill him. He obviously had an SS-level talent and could fly happily while sitting, but he had to do it himself. The skeleton monster didn't summon anything, or there was one in the copy that automatically converted, otherwise the protagonist couldn't explain why he cleared the level.
