The Grave Robbers' Chronicles: A Diary of Raising Kids

[Pairing: Wu Yiqiong. She's carefree, there's no angst, just cozy everyday life, and this little fox loves raising kids]

(The author went from carefree to “Come at me if you disagree.” Haters, bring it on.)

After Xia Chanyue, who had gained the ability to transform into a fox after the founding of the People's Republic of China, woke from a nap, she discovered that the world had changed.

Nine out of ten of her hobbies were gone. Being a fox was so frustrating.

While out shopping, she ran into a tall, slender man with a jade-like face and a gentle, refined air. Xia Chanyue fell in love at first sight and went straight over to introduce herself:

“Hey there! Wanna get to know each other? I'm your future wife. You can call me Xiaxia (❁´◡`❁)*✲ﾟ*”

“H-Hello? I'm Wu Yiqiong, your future husband?” The refined man blinked too. What a lively, adorable girl. Oh no, his heart was racing!

And just like that, they fell in love at first sight, just like that!

Years later, as they told their child stories, they still thought it had all happened rather abruptly, yet there had been some mysterious pull between them.

Only when an old friend from her original world contacted her did she realize she hadn't transmigrated: she had transmigrated into a book, and somehow taken the place of the protagonist's mother!

Good grief! Wouldn't that throw the plot off? She finally relaxed when she saw that, yep, it was still the same kid.

Everyone, can you believe this? The child hadn't even been born yet, and she was already worried about his debts.

Maybe she should ask a fortune-teller what birth date would change his luck?

Later, the little fox learned that she wasn't just raising one kid. She had five little ones to raise!

Raising kids' goals: wealth, power, good health, and safety.

You read that right: this is a child-rearing story where the characters may go out of character. Most of the later chapters follow the plot, the pacing is fairly quick, and after it ends
