Destiny: Cultivating the Occult

[Online Game + Cultivation + Cthulhu + Wild Imagination + Mystery + Subversion of Expectations + Mild Horror]

Wasn’t this supposed to be a cultivation game? Why does it look like a Cthulhu apocalypse?

A gloomy, silent village, a sinister and terrifying ghost wedding, a shocking rift in the sky, eerie and mysterious octopus tentacles…

Why is my starting village so different from everyone else’s? Where are the game designers? Where’s the GM? Get out here and take your beating!

Seeing players in the game forum flying on swords and summoning flocks of cranes, Chen Yuan watches enviously, tears practically dripping from his mouth. He’ll try again. That must have been a game bug!

But as even more sinister, terrifying, spine-chilling things happen, and begin to affect the real world, he gradually realizes: it’s not just the game that has bugs. The bugs in this world are even worse!
