The Nine Nether Pagoda, which suppresses the souls of the eternally powerful, was once a mysterious symbol of the underworld. After Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva disappeared, Yama of the Ten Palaces became more ambitious and betrayed Yan Jiuyou, the Great Emperor of Fengdu, in an attempt to seize the pagoda and dominate. They used the Bauhinia Bagua furnace to refine Yan Jiuyou with the fire of the netherworld. At the critical moment, the pagoda burst out a huge suction force, sucking the Bagua furnace away, then rushed into the Six Paths of Reincarnation Gate and disappeared. This mysterious incident left endless mysteries to the underworld.
