[Sheng Dai pairing + Sun Wukong + Lin Daiyu + sweet romance + a new Stone-and-Jade romance + two top-tier stars from classic literature]
After becoming the Victorious Fighting Buddha, Sun Wukong remembered that before he had ever burst out of a stone, he had once shared a bond with the Crimson Pearl Immortal Grass by the Celestial River.
Who could have guessed that before he had a chance to protect her, the Crimson Pearl had already descended to the mortal realm to undergo her trials? The place that should have been his was snatched away by the Divine Attendant Shenying, who brought along a stone.
The Crimson Pearl sister was sent to the Department of the Fated and made to suffer every indignity. How could Wukong stand for that? He immediately caused an uproar and arranged a different life for his Crimson Pearl. In this life, he would never let her suffer the slightest grievance.
The spirited young man stood amid a sky full of drifting blossoms, smiling as he gazed at Daiyu.
“What can he really do? What does his ability amount to? If I wish it, the Dragon Kings of the Four Seas will greet me with the utmost respect, the Thunder God and the Lightning Goddess will answer my every summons, the Dao Ancestor and Earth Ancestor are my close friends, and even the Kings of the Ten Halls of Hell will step aside and bow when they see me.
“If you wish it, they’ll treat you as they would me.”
