The Birth of the Heavenly Dragon in Ten Days. Heavenly Dragon is not a person’s name, but a title. Each generation, the Yin Soul Administration grants its Heavenly Dragon power and sends them into the rifts in space and time to create new gods. If they fail, the Administration appoints a new Heavenly Dragon to continue the path of god-making, repeating the cycle until she appears and breaks the pattern. She will become a god on her own!
