The Tang Dao Subdues the Abyss

While filming a documentary about the demolition of an old neighborhood, I accidentally witnessed a Tang dynasty saber emerge from beneath the earth.

>The blade was covered in rust, yet it was bone-chillingly cold in the height of summer, and packs of stray dogs prostrated themselves before it.

>On the night of the blood moon, the saber rang like a dragon's roar, and animals across the city went berserk.

>The military sealed off the site. The instant an expert tried to take the saber, an unseen force hurled them away.

>As if possessed, I stepped forward and grasped the hilt. Memories of my past life surged into my mind.

>The inscription “Zhenyuan” lit up on the blade, and its spirit whispered, “A great calamity is coming. They have awakened.”

>A star map appeared on a stone tablet, and the saber's tip pointed to the sky. “The first wave of spiritual qi is coming.”
