Seven years ago, Ivan and Wang Yao met at a banquet.

A small incident brought the two of them together.

Their fathers' relationship, the tangled interests of their families, and the inexplicable attraction between them... Everything was complicated and intertwined, bound together so tightly they could never be separated again.

Finding Wang Yao became part of little Ivan's daily routine.

Little Ivan gazed at Wang Yao and became his shadow from then on.

“Big Brother Yao~” this, “Big Brother Yao~” that.

But three years later, everything changed without warning. The Wang family faced a financial crisis and was on the verge of collapse.

The Braginsky family and every other family wanted a piece of the pie.

Before long, Wang Yao's father passed away, leaving the burden of the family on Wang Yao's shoulders when he was barely in his twenties.

A minor but undeniable rift also opened up between the two of them.

Four years without seeing each other. Not a word.

Now they've met again, not by chance, but after a long-planned reunion.

“That day was clearly the dead of night, but somehow, I felt the sunlight had chosen me.”

“I'll never lose you again.”

“You belong to me, mine!”

“Brat.”

“So in the end, I'm still alone.”

“I'm sorry. We, we...”
