On the run, his companion Chen Mo, who calls himself “Ghost,” sacrifices his life to send him out of hell. At the edge of the wasteland, a one-armed man who calls himself Old Gear shatters his numbness:

“Bai He and the others were captured for your sake, and you’re sitting here forgetting everything!”

His memories have become a prison, but his body still bears the instincts of a fighter.
