After the Stunning Insect Queen Arrived, the Insectoids of the Apocalypse Went Mad

Song Can survives the apocalypse by relying on his looks, at the cost of his dignity.

When the Zerg rip human armor apart for him, and the Queen Bug bites his bloodstained clothes and growls, “Mama”...

For the first time, he forges his beauty into a blade.

[Background] Several years ago, a meteorite carrying extraterrestrial microorganisms, known as Origin Spores, struck Earth. When humanity secretly studied their genetic potential, an accident led to their escape, triggering terrifying Zerg-like mutations in life around the world, especially insects. They grew enormous, developed shells, and became intensely aggressive. Swarms swept across the globe, and civilization collapsed in a matter of months. The world became an apocalyptic wasteland. Survivors huddled in heavily fortified “safe zones” or struggled to survive as refugees among the ruins. Factions carved up what remained, resources ran scarce, and despair put human nature to the test. Through predation and evolution, the Zerg developed a rigid social structure centered on the “Queen Mother,” the absolute source of their life and collective will. Their most powerful guardians and enforcers are the “Queen Bugs,” beings of immense intelligence and humanoid form. Song Can is a newly awakened Queen Mother, born in this disaster but left undiscovered outside the hive. Qin Feng, meanwhile, is a Queen Bug who follows the instinct deep in his blood and searches desperately for Song Can in the wasteland. Their encounter and bond form the heart of a story of struggle and redemption in this dark, ruined world.
