The Strongest Rebel Runs in My Bloodline

A WeChat avatar of a busty beauty with a baby face and black stockings sends a friend request: “Hey there, a heavenly court job comes with five types of insurance, a housing fund, and eternal life. Interested?” “Whoa! You're pretty good at physics!” The Great Sage Equal to Heaven, Sun Wukong, appears, munching on a peach, his monkey face full of mischief. “Want to learn some real skills and make those monkeys call you Daddy?” The aloof disciple of Erlang Shen from Guankou? A physics exam paper right in the face! The hot-tempered disciple of Nezha from Yibin? The lever principle will teach you a lesson! The trio forms the “Defiant Alliance,” taking on every unruly deity in heaven! Steal the pagoda and get Nezha to beat up Li Jing? Easy! Lead the monkeys to wreak havoc in the Peach Garden? Just basic stuff, don't make a fuss! Fill Laozi's alchemy room with smoke? Just a failed physics experiment! The deities fly into a rage: “This is outrageous! They must be punished!” Sun Wukong hefts his Golden Cudgel and sneers: “You want to touch my disciple? Did you ask me first?” Yang Jian opens his third eye: “Where's your evidence?” Nezha rides his Wind Fire Wheels: “Who? Who wants to fight? Count me in!” In the clouds, the illusory figure of the Sage Kong clears his throat. “Ahem. With my virtue unleashed, is there... anyone left in the world?” Kong Deshu: “Quit making noise! I've got one question...” “Who else in this lousy heavenly court wants to find out what my physics exams feel like?!” On his very first day in the job, Kong Deshu is dumbfounded: The mountain god's temple? A condemned building! The incense offerings? Stolen! Even the instant noodles have been looted by the monkey bandits! The Monkey King, “General Beng,” dangles a cigarette from his mouth and crosses his legs. “New guy? Know the rules? Pay up for protection!” Try reasoning with them? The monkeys slap a copy of the Heavenly Court Wildlife Protection Act right in his face! “Maybe I can't reason with you, but I did pass middle school physics.”
