He has an optimistic (sometimes silly) personality, tenacity, quick wit, a little businesslike but kind-hearted. Limited understanding of history (increases jokes and dilemmas after time travel).
Goals after time travel: Initially just want to survive and make a living relying on craftsmanship; gradually develop into wanting to open a store stably and make a lot of money; in the end, you may be forced to get involved in bigger events, but your original intention is still to "make delicious skewers".
