[Apologies for any out-of-character moments]

Aivellia Abbott was born into the Abbott family, renowned for its healing magic. A power that soothes pain lies hidden in her bloodline. At the age of five, she happens to meet a gloomy boy named Tom Riddle at an orphanage outside London. Their brief encounter is like a dark seed falling into the soil, quietly taking root where no one can see.

At eleven, Lia steps into Hogwarts with her admission letter. The Sorting Hat hesitates over her for a moment before finally calling out, “Gryffindor!” She hopes to focus on studying herbs and healing potions in the warmth of the lion’s den, using her family’s magic to ease the worries of those around her. But she doesn’t realize that her childhood meeting has already planted the seeds of disaster.

To break this deadly bond, Lia draws on Gryffindor courage and searches everywhere for an answer. But every answer points to the same cruel ending: only by sacrificing her own life can she sever the soul-spanning shackles for good and prevent Dark Magic from spreading through her bloodline. In the end, Lia calmly walks toward the fate written for her in the story.

Elsewhere, a “happy” child is born.

My writing is amateurish, but I’ll improve it later. I hope readers won’t roast me.

Canon pairings will be broken up.

I’ll try to keep everyone alive. (As much as possible.)

I may not have nailed the characters’ personalities. I’m still doing my best to understand each one, so their personalities might change later on from how they were at the beginning. You could say they’re growing, too.
