Five hundred years ago, the twin stars came from beyond the world. But as they tried to leave, they were stopped and sealed away by the Sustainer of Heavenly Principles. Now, just as one of the twin stars is about to awaken, two more stars pierce through the eggshell and fall into Windrise.
They are people who transcend fate, possessing the power to influence the world and even destiny itself. Yet they are also bound by fate, able only to walk the paths laid out before them. Will they find a path of their own?
