Lin Fan was born in Huaxia, Blue Star. At the time of his birth, the first collision between an anime world and the real world took place. He grew up during the second such collision.
The conceptual gods from anime, once discussed online, descended into Blue Star for real, bringing endless warfare with them.
During the second collision between an anime world and the real world, some people on Blue Star gained the ability to use powers from anime worlds. They were known as All-Rounders.
Lin Fan was one of the best among them. He was secretly sent to the Hokage world, an anime world already observed to be on course to collide with the real world in the future.
His mission was to hunt down the conceptual gods of the Hokage world ahead of time, eliminate the threat, and protect Blue Star.
