Heaven’s Dao has sprung a few leaks. It’s my job to fix them.
My Dao Ancestor master says I should keep a low profile, patch them up quietly, and preferably find a few helpers.
So I opened a sect and took in a few disciples along the way:

My disciples are quite capable, too. They cultivate, fight, and look for clues, pushing themselves without any prompting. I barely have to teach them.

Most days, I just drink tea, watch my disciples get up to their antics, and occasionally point out the little details they’ve overlooked.

As my disciples grit their teeth, ready to face it head-on, I sigh and gently move them behind me.
