We're Childhood Friends. Isn't Getting Together Only Natural?

[Childhood friends + BL romance between two men + unrequited love + unhinged + green tea] (The rating will go up later! Give it a look first, okay? T^T)

If Xu Yi was a withered tree covered in thick white snow, then Song Zhao was the tender new bud on his bare branches.

Only his presence made it clear that spring had arrived.

My childhood friend suddenly transferred to my school, but doesn't he hate me? Is he putting on his aloof act just for my sake?

Later...

“Who do you like?”

“Me?”

“...”

“You're ridiculous, you know that?”

“Besides, was that really your excuse back then? Just a casual ‘I like you’? And then you used that to hurt me for so long?” Song Zhao smiled calmly, scoffing at the reason Xu Yi claimed to have had.

“You're pitiful, and pathetic too. The ‘love’ you claim to feel is just a need to ‘make amends’ that's been buried deep in your heart, making you think you like me. Stop lying to yourself.”

“You hurt me once, but I don't want to dwell on it anymore. Let me go, and let yourself go too. I'll recover from my illness in time. I hope you do too.” Song Zhao smiled with a sense of relief. Life had to go on; he couldn't stay trapped in this pit forever.

Then, one sunny, fine day,

I was inexplicably kidnapped. The culprit turned out to be Xu Yi, that lunatic.

Later, for some reason, I started to think he was actually kind of pitiful...

No! He's not pitiful at all. I'm the one who deserves pity!

Outwardly aloof but actually a tsundere elementary schooler ✘ outwardly cool and considerate but inwardly a gloomy ghost of a man

Honestly, the author isn't very cultured, so please go easy on me.
