Ao Lei Yilan

In 1643, Russia invaded the Heilongjiang River region from the east. Aolui Yilan, a Daur girl, transforms from a tribal hunter into a leader of the anti-Russian coalition, carving out a path to survival between the Qing court’s appeasement and Russian atrocities.

This stirring, 50-episode frontier defense saga brings to life a heroic woman forgotten by official history. Her name is an arrow piercing the darkness, and her very bones become the ice floes of the Heilongjiang that never melt! The Qing dynasty’s dragon banners will fade, and the tsar’s double-headed eagle will fall. Only the daughter of the White Nacha Mountain spirit will bring new spring to every crack in the ice.
